There are still a few vendors that you need to book, seating charts that need to be made and you would love to have a professional planner look over what you've done so far and tie it all together. With our Partial Wedding Planning Service we can step in and take over, making sure the rest of your checklist gets completed, all the loose ends are neatly tied up, and you can become a stress-free bride and groom. Package includes: Initial consultation with the couple Unlimited phone consultations during normal business hours and unlimited email consultation throughout the entire planning process. Up to three face-to-face meetings during the planning process. Venue walkthrough Etiquette advice from our experienced team Budgeting Venue and vendor referrals (up to 4 categories) Assist with design Assist in seating chart Advise floor plan layout Follow up with all contracted vendors A detailed timeline for rehearsal and wedding day Coordinate and run rehearsal ( up to 2 hours) Two event assists on wedding day ( up to 10 hours) Greet vendors at the venue while directing them to their correct set-up location. Oversee and manage all details on your wedding day, including set-up of decor and executing the detailed timeline from beginning to end. Ensure wedding gifts and items are loaded at the end of the night Oversee and manage clean-up of the reception site.
