We find you the right location, introduce you to fantastic vendors and build an event that fits your personality and budget. Package includes: Initial consultation with the couple Unlimited phone consultations during normal business hours and unlimited email consultation throughout the entire planning process. Up to five face-to-face meetings during the planning process. Venue walkthrough Etiquette advice from our experienced team Budgeting Creating a checklist Venue and vendor referrals (up to 4 categories) Assist with stationary design Assist with hotel accommodations Assist in seating chart Advise floor plan layout A detailed timeline for rehearsal and wedding day Coordinate and run rehearsal ( up to 10 hours) Two event assists on wedding day ( up to 10 hours) Greet vendors at the venue while directing them to their correct set-up location. Oversee and manage all details on your wedding day, including set-up of decor and executing the detailed timeline from beginning to end. Ensure wedding gifts and items are loaded at the end of the night Oversee and manage clean-up of the reception site.
